Finghín is the Principal of the firm establishing the practice in 2009 against economic adversity through hard work, dedication and client focussed practical business sense. While Finghín specialises in Litigation, with experience in multiple High Court cases, perhaps his most important job is as captain of the team at FOD Solicitors. Finghín is integral to keeping everyone engaged and working towards the same goal of providing clients with exceptional service at a fair price.
With over 10 years of business experience in a number of different industries, Finghín knows how to get things done properly in both an efficient and timely manner. Finghín works closely with all clients as an advisor in both solving and avoiding legal problems including insolvency expertise, regular chairing of Creditors Meetings, advising both sides of company liquidations and as an independent professional advisor to accountancy partner level insolvency practitioners.
