Ms. Seligman sued the driver of the car Krzysztok Kuiatkowski and car owner Marlena Jakubiec both of Upper Dargle Road, Bray, Co Wicklow following the crash on the M50 motorway in Dec 2014.
Mr Justice Anthony Barr said the force of the crash was so severe it shunted her car into the car in front of her. She suffered bruising and pains to her chest, ribs, legs and thighs. In 2015, she then was experiencing severe pains in her back and neck.
